Love Quote # 138

Share this page on:
Dreams In Fog

My dim light hardly shines
My way through the fog
Waiting for someone
To emerge from the smog

To take my hand gently
And whisper most soft
Fear not, fear not
Little girl lost

Let me be you protector
I'll carry your light
Believe if you can
Everything is alright

You shouldn't carry my light
It has almost gone out
Then we'd walk in the dark
Of that there's no doubt

Would you still be there then
To be my protector
After all has gone dark
I think not, I think not sir

Have you forgotten
He whispers most soft
I emerged from the smog
Little girl lost

I have lived in the dark
And soon you will too
So all I ask is to share
Your dim light with you

And when it goes out
As you're so sure it will
I'll be here he whispers
I will be here still

For your dim light to me
Is a beacon of dreams
Together we'll walk
No matter how far it seems

And when the fog has been lifted
And the darkness is gone
Then no longer will either of us
Walk all alone
